fish store in vegas

why not cross-post same thread on a LV reefers board and get the info from the source :) I'll be there @ Thanksgiving for my sons baseball tournament and will have time to look.

Tagging along as well.

I'm flying to Vegas in a few days and I'm looking for some LFS's to hit. Anyone have any advice from their trip?

You guys need to take your flippers off....

I mean, its Vegas, Americas Playground. An LFS is the last thing I'd be looking for there. (Unless you're relocating, Good Luck Mark!)

Some of the best food, entertainment, an endless supply of gullible tourists......

Just kidding guys, but not really. :P

It's alot different when you live there. 90% of the people who live there NEVER even go to the strip. hahaha

Im just saying for a hobbiest, its not a very good town to relocate to. The best thing to do if you live in Vegas is buy corals on line from www.liveaquaria.com IMO. That's what i had to do alot of the time...

Good luck moving there Mark...

I go to vegas often and have not been impressed with the stores.... AND the Vegas club forum from what I have seen is almost non existent

They don't have anyone selling corals really........fish yeah, but corals? No, atleast nothing but brown softies.
I was shocked myself the first time I went looking like 10 years ago, it has never improved that I could see.

A good LFS out there would be more than a good opportunity. It would rebuild/re"spark" the hobby out there. :fish1: :D

Hmm... so maybe if someone moves to vegas they should start a coral/fish store :) --- sounds like there will be no competition!

No doubt-we get both extremes-being a native it does get cooking-SoCal is catching up lately, but I'm truely jealous of the NoCal's weather
