Hello, I am kinda new to aquariums, I have a 50gal reef. I was wanting to get a new clam today. Where is a good place to go? I usually shop at YR and sometimes aqualife. I have been to only fish planet. I am located in Rocklin. Am I missing out on any good fish places? Where is the best priced and quality place to go? Thanks.




I am also looking for a new tank 80-120gal??
Halides for a 50gal?
 
Hey Matt, I have a 125 for sale if you are interested. I also think that you should know clams are generally a bad idea for aquariums that are less than a year established and need very intensive lighting.
 
Hey Matt, good to see you around. Still have not found the larger tank you were looking for? If you want to come over and pick through my spares, I have some new stuff you might be interested in.

BTW, clams are a bit tricky w/o good light and water quality and an established tank like Paul mentioned. I lost 2 gorgeous specimens by jumping the gun last year. :(
