Fish suggestions

I am sorry if this is the wrong topic to put this thread, not exactly sure where to put it.

Anyways I was wondering what the largest fish I can healthily keep in a 40 breeder/20 sump would be. My research has primarily consisted of going through the lists on liveaquariia over and over again. So any suggestions would really help thanks.

Must be reef friendly(coral friendly), and has to be able to get along with my starry eyed blenny. Tank params are stable and where they are supposed to be and is about 3 months mature

I don't know about "biggest," but fairy and flasher wrasses (as stated above) dartfish, grammas and cardinals would all do well in a tank that size. Keep in mind that the blenny can become aggressive/territorial.

I just setup a 40 breeder. My stock list so far is 2 black and white clowns, tailspot blenny, royal gramma, and a small flameback angel. I've got a flame angel in quarantine that I'm going to try to keep with the flameback. As for large fish, the biggest I would go is dwarf angels

Nice I like that setup. And a starry eyed blenny aggressive?I have heard that they are the most peaceful blennies

Idk about the flame angel though. They sound like they might be sketchy around my corals. Right now I am leaning towards that fairy wrasse

Angels aare always sketchys with corals, and if you don't want to mess with that you could always try to do a couple wrasses. They provide a lot of movement in the tank and its fun to watch multiple wrasse play!

I was considering jawfish but I don't think my sand bed is deep enough. It is only a couple inches. Is it really necessary to have like a 5 inch deep sand bed?

And would 2 flasher wrasses be okay with each other? I don't think I have the tank size for a fairy wrasse , but I do like it more
