fish that was Quarentined has clowdy swollen eye, need to do something?

All my fish have been quarentines with TTM + Prazi plus the observation period after taht and all looked completelly normal berfore going in my dt.

Yesterday I saw my powder blue tang with one swollen eye. looks somewhat white and somewhat poped

I am discarting parasites because of I have quarentined all fish.
I have seen him fight with my Naso tang, but not seem mayor fights.
he usually get between rocks so it is very likelly he got injured.

I am thinking it can be a from injury or bacteria.

dt is 470g so it will not be easy to pull fish out to treat him.

do this kind if problems fix in their own?
should I do something
