Good advice, but i have a question to. my trip is 15 to 17 hours i have a large cooler, the only things i will be transporting is 2 clowns and 2 gobys and 3 anemones. anything i should do different from what was told to the other guy.

Bag the nems - you don't want them rolling around the cooler all by themselves.
