Anyone have one I could borrow? I have a tenant that I would like to start the eviction process with. A hippo tang, so I'm guessing its going to take a bit before I actually capture her.

Can you just drain enough water to corner it that's what I did to catch my foxface ....I just put stuff in front of the holes that he could get back behind the rocks so he was stuck out in front then just drained enough water and then it's easy to catch em

Use large pieces of acrylic and block part of the tank off.

I have a DIY one i made out of egg crate, you are welcome to try it if you'd like.

In my QT i found that my hippo tang liked to sleep in a 3" PVC elbow so when it was time to move it i waited for it to go to sleep and carefully covered both ends and lifted it out - might be worth a shot.
