I've had a Scotts Fairy Wrasse for about three months now. He recently developed two small white spots on the body. A few days later his right fin had a spot, overnight the whole fin turned white. He eats like crazy and otherwise looks normal. I removed him to a QT tank. All other fish appear healthy and are eating well.
I'm not completely sure it's Ich. My question is, should I treat him anyway or just observe?
