fish with bent spine?

there's no way a fish can recover from this, right? friday i added a lubbocki wrasse and it hid in a cave. today i come back and i find it on the sand with its back bent laterally. he attempts to swim but gives up since he doesnt get anywhere... im guessing he came out today and ventured too close to the powerheads

Sounds rather hopeless, particularly if dislocated or broke his spine. I would move him to a
QT because the other fish in the tank will start picking on him soon.
