The new tank is an 80gal Deep Blue rimless (48x24x16) that I purchased from. I haven't put too much thought into my plans with this tank yet, but we'll get into that soon.
The tank does have a built in corner overflow with two holes drilled into the bottom of the tank. I hate it! So I removed it and will plug the holes. I'll probably just silicone glass over the holes. I have an Eshopps Eclipse L on the way and will just drill the back wall and plumb for a BeanAnimal.
Here's some before and after pics of removing the corner overflow. You cannot tell there was ever any silicone on the sidewall. I did not work so hard on the back wall as that will be painted black and the bottom of the tank will be covered with sand.
