Fishcare on nanostream 6055

I have 2 New 6055's

When I have them on feeding pause (no flow) the one
will spin the prop ocassionally and the other will not.

Any idea why the one does not seem to have "Fish Care?" working?

Thank you

I've sat there and watched it for 10 minutes

The other one does it

I even switched the cables, in case it was an oddity
of the channel on the Profilux controller

Every 20 seconds the prop should turn one rotation, there is some variability, time can be 10-30 seconds and the rotations can be 1-10.

If you want to send it in, I will test it on a Tunze controller, if the fish care function doesn't work I will replace it.

I have never seen this problem before, it is possible but it is also possible it is something with the controller.

I'd proabably rule out the controller, (but Iwant to try a few more
things first)
since swapping the cables around and the problem stays on that pump.

I was thinking about ordering a couple more but at
this point I'm holding off (at least till I figure this out).

I think fishcare is such a minor issue that it doesn't warrant holding off on a purchase, the 6055 doesn't have a large enough opening for this to be a major concern. I am happy to resolve it but it is kind of like a power antenna that doesn't go done all the way and not like a bad engine.

I'm still trying to figure out if I have the control voltage right 3-8 v

as that info came from Profilux not Tunze

I honestly don't know, I have always been told that it is not info we give out when I have asked.
