Thats exactly what i was going to ask.
Yep I knew that when I was drumming this whole thing up. Noones answers surprised me at all. Technically it was "sposed" to be tongue-in-cheek but what can you do?
Peter is completely right though, when I started out I didnt research anything. I pretty much was relying on my LFS' to help me out and such.
I did have multiple tanks previously so yes not all of these fishes were in the same systems together. Sorry I know that is a BIG misscomunication error and does help in establishing a cause/effect scenario. I had at one time 3 tanks but broke them all down to just the main reef. The lions and angler had a 40 breeder(now my sump/refuge). I do realize that 15 is somewhat excessive on the fish amount in 1 75gal which is why they all arent up top. Some are taking up space in the fuge to let the bigger fishes have the open swimming room. The fuge isnt seperarted by baffles either. Its a open swimming space for the most part.
As far as why on the qt fish, the hippo died while being cured for ick and the copperband failed to eat anything. I still am unsure am the tangoroas because they werent in the main display when they were transferred from qt, I put them in my open fuge. If they had been I could attribute it to the orange spots agression.
I could(like someone pointed out) keep trying to explain away these things but those are just excuses of course.
I do now know that it is way to many fishes to have gone through entirely.
I think Ive researched more in the past 7 mos than I had ever done in the past 4 years about this hobby. Yep I said 4 years. I had thought about it for 2 1/2 and then started back in august of '05. Back then I didnt know there was 4 other good LFS(of which I now work) in the area so I relied on a petco person back then.
And no btw, Im definitely not trying to brag about "hey, look at me and my pile of fish!" If I was I shouldnt even be allowed to drink water. Looking at it from a bystanders point of view it does come across that way though doesnt it?
