Well, that's because a few of the workers there are addicted to Crack Cocaine and were probably out scoring some rock and not the type for your aquarium... I'd guess that by mid week, they'll need more cash to support their habit and someone will answer the phone by then.

Oh yeah, they're a real bunch of junkies over there.
