fishy's first nano build

Hehe not as much as you and Gaib when I'm asleep:lol:, but we've be giving our profecinal opinion on eating soggy chips:lmao: ( nothing like the the three nano amigos:beer: )
It is 9:15 PM as I type this.

How about we put " I'm one of the three nano amigos " In our signatures? I will if you two will, what do you say guys?, an elite club of three:beer:

I tried siphoning it out but some of the bigger pieces blocked up the pipe so i took all my LR out and moved all the corals over to one side and scoop out the sand by hand and siphon out the last few bits and repeat on the other side. It did make the water cloudy but it cleared quickly(a few hours) the amount of gunk in the sand was amazing and I'm glad it's not in the tank. The solids are staying suspended in the water now and the filter takes all the stuff out instead of it settling in the sand.

I'm down. Make it four though. TheAquaReefs (kyle) should be in it too!
 
I still like the idea of starting a whole new thread of "our" tanks. That way any update, will be in the same thread. It gets nuts keeping up with all of your tanks, and updating my thread in the process. LOL

I think the hardest part is remembering who did what and put what inside their particular tank lol

It must be a quite day a work then lol, do your co workers mind your laughing outburst when someone says something funny? Talking about funny things, yesterday we were chatting about funny non reefers and some guys said this.

"I use a mag-float to hole my frag rack up in the tank and the first thing my grandson grabs is the mag-float..so the frags went for a ride." I almost died laughing at that one.

Another one "jellyfish have survived 250,000 years without a brain, there's hope for stuped people yet:) " I really like that one:lol2:


I've racked up more than 25 posts today.....I love school holidays:beer:
 
LOL good stuff.. It was slower earlier this morning andnow it's picking up. I try to hold in my laughter lol my brother (boss/owner) sits right behind me lol. I stay on top of my work all the time so we have flexibility. I try to stay ahead of my work though..

how old are you?
I sort of have school holidays i'm in college so I make my own holidays lol (decided not to take classes this summer). But "holidays" turn into work days for me haha
 
Haha good stuff. I'm 17 going 18 in December, I have finished school (I homeschooled) and now I'm studying aquaculture at a college, So we follow school holidays.

Same here. I was doing medical but life threw a few curve balls lol I ended up joining the family business. Overall I can't complain. Good money, for sure job (won't be laid off) , and flexibility
