Flagfin Angel Possible Collection/Drug Issues?

Hello again everyone. Far too soon to be posting here again, sadly. I hope you forgive my poor writing; this is a problem unlike any I've had before and I'm really starting to become distraught about it. This is not the first problem I've had with this fish, that I've had for roughly 1.5 months at this point, and I feel like it's a further step down into the hole for him. Here's the original thread for dealing with what seemed to have been flukes for him:

Aside from the flukes, on inspection, purchase, and his initial time in the tank, this fish was very healthy and acting like an angel should, eating everything in sight, always being active, and so on. He started to show symptoms of flukes and so I did a PraziPro treatment over 5 days and both he and an anthias that I think it spread to have improved and show no more obvious symptoms. From my reading on treatments, I should do at least one more of 5-7 days. However I'm not sure that I want to do this and stress my fish out again (also having the skimmer off also seems to have let my dino problem back in :mad2:).

About 24 hours before I started the treatment (1.5 weeks ago today) the flagfin basically went off feed altogether. He still shows great interest in food, coming to the front when I'm nearby, getting into the heart of the feeding frenzy, etc. The problem is that if he does eat, it's 1-2 small Formula 2 sinking pellets, a couple tiny nibbles off of the algae sheet, a taste of this, a taste of that. It's like he's a new fish that was not eating before. Except he doesn't pick at the rocks at all like I'm used to seeing my angels in the past (all dwarfs) do. He is still nice and "fat" but he is losing weight and his stomach is definitely sunken in. I have offered frozen mysis, trigger formula, formula one, formula 2, and roti-feast. For dry foods, I have offered formula 1 pellets, 2 pellets, 2 flakes, and there is almost always a nori sheet available in the tank. I usually have Garlic Guard and Focus added to the food. I've tried feeding both with these and without. All other fish are doing great and he's not bullied by anyone. I do have an excess nutrients problem (bryopsis/dino bloom) but ammonia and nitrites are at 0.

The only thing I've found for problems like this are issues with collection or cases where the angel was fed a meat only diet for 8-10+ months and died of malnutrition. I don't know the full history of the fish, but I highly doubt he was in captivity for long enough for this to be a dietary problem. Should I continue with PraziPro treatments and hope that this is a result of the flukes and more treatments might help him come back around? I mentioned possible drug issues in the start because I know that this fish was in a copper treatment for at least 3 weeks during a QT before I purchased him. I know angels can be extremely sensitive to copper, but as I understood it, they usually show symptoms immediately. Is it possible that this is a very delayed reaction to copper treatments?

Should I continue with PraziPro treatments and hope that this is a result of the flukes and more treatments might help him come back around? Are there any issues with Flagfin collection that could be causing this deterioration? Finally, is there any advice you can give me to just plain get him eating again if you feel he's healthy?
