Flagfin Angel

Hey all,

Anyone know the sensitivity/keeping of Flagfin Angels? I bought a fairly large specimin a week ago, and at first he got picked on alot by my bully maroon clown.

I took the clown to LFS, and the angel had been swimming normally and eating night before last.

I came home tonight and the angel was stone cold dead. I can't figure out what would have done him in like that, unless the stress of his inital introduction messed with his metabolism or something.

Are these angels particularly sensitive? I feel so bad that he's gone, and don't want this to happen to anything else I add.

The bluethroat trigger seems to be doing perfectly fine.

Thanks Boyd.

That certainly says it's difficult to feed in captivity, but that was the weird thing...he was eating Angel formula and Formula II flakes.

Just a shock.

Thanks for the site..I have bookmarked it for the future.

i might have one for sale or trade.. he is nice and eats great.. turned out as he got fatter..he liked to pick on corals..
