Flame angel dies

I was going to post before because I thought he was doing better. I came home from work and flame angel died and looked as if his eye poped out or someone ate it. Two days ago he has white spots all over and was pale in his mid section. He was breathing heavy and not eating at all. Did not want anything to do with the food. I was doing garlic I thought that was helping with his color pale. But not sure today he dies. And my hippo tang has very few white dots but my sailfin has lots of them my long tentacle anemone has white dots and his body is huge and his tentacles are small. Mandarin goby has few white spots yellow tang has no white spots but seems more sciddish than usual. Water tests ok except nitrates are high 80. I've been battling high nitrates And it sux and doesn't seem to be improving. It got hot here and that's realy when I noticed the spots the tank got over 82 for two days. While I was at work I came home and took the lid off but didn't help much. I was thinking maybe stressed out and lowered the immune system and it got too hot for them I don't know. I've read the stickys and just not sure what to think since corals have it too:(. Any help I would be grateful. I have melafix marine just because it's safe for coral and I'm feeding with garlic and I don't think I'm over feeding for my high nitrates but I don't know. 15% water change weekly and I started to vaccume the bottom of my sump every time cause that's where the stuff likes to settle. Tank is almost 1 year. And I've had the Angel for half a year. Have added two more cleaner shrimp and that's about the time of seeing the spots. I make sure to watch what I buy for two weeks before addin to tank so I am carefull but I feel like a dummy now and all my effort was wasted. Thank you for reading

Yes thank you I've read the stickys real great info there but conflicted because corals look to have it the anem was bloated and you could see spots that look exactly like the ich in the fish

Several things. Cleaner shrimp have no effect on fish parasites. Garlic has no value in fighting parasites. From the behavior you are describing, it seems more like velvet or brook than ich. Corals cannot contract parasites so you may have additional things going on. When you say "white spots" are you seeing a sprinkling of salt or are you seeing blotches or a light film? All fish in this tank must be treated once you can figure out which parasite you are fighting.

We'll I would describe them as white dots like acne or pimples. And they act like they need to swim in front of the power head. Breathing heavy and white spots all over body and on fins acting like velvet as they need to be in the wind. I know cleaners don't touch that. I said I added cleaners then spots came so was thinking I got whatever I got from the new cleaners I didn't Get any new fish. They are not eating. And I think the stress came from the tank overheating cause there not used to that high of temp. Corals lps and sps looking great. I did a fresh water dip. They seemed to like that.

Blue tang has cloud eye but he looks better. Yellow tang has white dots on his fins some on his body. He is hard to see. The sail fin looks the worst. Covered in white dots and looks to be a transparent film over his body maybe slightly milky white rather than transparent. Flame angel dies and he had almost no color just after death with white dots. I really appreciate the feedback since I've had nothing but good fortune in this hobby till now:(

All these fish have been living good in the tank for over 3 months. Sorry for all the posts I just wish I could post a pic I will try tomorro again. Thank you in advance for all your help everyone
