Flame angel may have fin rot??

My flame had a small white spot on its tail which turned into a small hole, also i can see small white spots occuring on the fin. Is this fin rot or something else? and what can i do?

Very likely to be lymphocystis. It's caused by a virus and there's no known way to treat it. You should drop him into a QT until he recovrs. Lymph is annoying since it's contagious, but it hardly ever kills.
