Flame angel tail discoloration - how to proceed?

I have a flame angel in a QT tank. Got it 16 days ago, and went straight into QT with no treatments. Had been eating well and active. About maybe 4-5 days ago he was starting to be a bit less active and hiding a bit more. Two days ago I saw that he was flashing some on the PVC, one eye looked slightly cloudy, and also his color looked paler than it had (black stripes especially). I had PraziPro on hand, so I dosed that. Today the eye and color looks better, but he has discoloration along the margins of his tail (darker and opaque almost blue/grayish) - it does not look frayed though. His appetite seems to be declined today though I know Prazi does that sometimes. I don't see any breathing issues and honestly there isn't a super amount of aeration in the QT tank so I think it would be even more noticeable if that were an issue.

I got some Methelene blue for a possible dip and also picked up some erythromycin powder. I have a second QT tank that I'm going to use for tank transfer on the chance that the flashing may indicate ich that isn't visible. That tank was just set up with water from my DT.

So now I'm not sure the best way to proceed. I'm not sure whether it is best transfer into the new QT with erythromycin (or erythromycin and Prazi?), or to do a methelene dip in between, or try just a few more rounds of Prazi and see where it gets me. And doing tank transfer in the meantime, which I figure will be a good method of 100% water changes between doses of meds.

Open to any suggestions as to the best course of action at this point.
