flame angel with little white specks

I have a flame angel that is starting to get little white specks on it fins and around it gills what should I do to treat this?

Remove it to a hospital tank for starters - from there you can make a better diagnosis and treat accordingly. Get some pictures up so we can help figure out what it is.

Its likely ich. If he is eating and acting normally then just leave him alone and it will eventually take care of itself. There are a zillion threads about ich on the forums here and you will get a lot of competing answers. One side says get it out and treat immediately and leave your tank empty for 6 weeks, others say (myself being one of these types) just leave it be.The key is to make sure hes still eating.
