Flame Angle

there is lots of info circulating around on these fish. For the most part they are really easy to keep fish provided you get a good specimen to begin with. Could you give us more info on your tank and what you have in it?

They are a really easy fish to keep provided you give them good food and get them from a respected fish store. The only thing that put me off at 1st is the price in the UK theyre £65-£80. And now ive had mine it for 6 months and hes doing great

I had one when I had my 125 setup a few years ago. I didn't have a lot of corals in the tank but had a few other fish. The flame was a great addition to the tank. Easy care and ate well. I would recommend this fish depending on what else is in the tank right now, as JamesJR said.

what I currently have

what I currently have

I have a 90gal. with 30gal sump
about 13 soft coral

fish:
naso tang
purple tang
mated nemos
green chromis
yellow watchman
firefish
orange striped cardinal

with in the next year or so I will be upgrading to a 180gal.

I doubt you would have any problems with adding one to the fish you have. Just be careful in chosing your specimen. Try and see if you can get one that has been sitting in a dealers tank for a couple weeks. I used to work in the fish trade and my exerience is that the bad specimens die very suddenly without any obvious warnings. After a couple weeks you are pretty safe though.

I think I've answered a question of yours before but it is good to hear you are upgrading as some of those fish get huge for a 90.

Good luck. Cheers.
