What size tank are we talkig here? C. loriculus (Flame Angel) is one of the more aggressive Centropyge angels. C. bicolor tends to be less so..
So I already see problems arising.. This should be done in the reverse, and in a fairly large tank (Above 55 Gallon size) for success.
You might have to remove the Flame to a QT, re-arange the aquascape, and let the Bicolor establish itself. Then, and only then, introduce the Flame. With caution!
