flameback angel issues

ok i have about 4 days left of QT for my fish. ive started returning my sg levels. my angel has dropped weight, appetite swings and eating very sparringly this has been going on throughout the QT period.

a week ago a small white spot on its side appeared. i conclude it was a battle wound from my damsel (which will turn to its side and attack with its dorsal fin). so the white spot is still there. and almost has a pitted look. when i say pitted like a regressed flesh. is it possible it is infected?

i wish i could provide a picture. i think its a fungus. is malachite green fish friendly? sense my fish are in qt will it be ok to subject the rest of my fish to the malachite?

ok i regress im understanding malchite green is for addressing parasites. has anyone ever heard of triple supha s/p?
