RC,

I need some help with my flameback angelfish. I came home today and looked at him and i noticed a "blister" on one of his sides. This is the best way to describe it. I have never seen this before, and unfortunately I cannot get a pic of him. All I can say is that its elevated and appears fluid-filled...like a blister, and spans from his dorsal fin to the bottom, and mid way back on his body. ANy guesses would be appreciated so I can look them up and try and find a pic. Thanks

Probably bacterial, treat with furan2 before it gets worse. Don't worry about what it is or not just treat before it gets worse.

FURAN2,Is that invert safe?
Furan 2 is a combo of Nitrofurazone and Furazolidone which should not be placed in your show tank.
