Flashing Failure

Today I decided to upgrade the firmware on my two WWD's. I took one WWD to someone that had the gen2 code. We did the flashing and the master (the one with the gen 2 code) flashed the led's that it completed successfully.

I took the WWD home and before I turned it on I decided to go ahead and flash my other WWD. The flashing process only took about 1 sec which I know is not right. Now when you power both pumps to operate normally just a red solid led shows up.

Do I now have corrupt firmware on both my pumps? Or is it possible to go back to my buddies house and try the upgrade process on one of the pumps?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Try number two was successful. Both pumps are now upgraded.
