Flashing Red

i swaped out my standard driver to the wwd last night. it was working fine (in reef crest mode) but tonight i notice the pump is not running and the wwd is flashing red. i took the wetside off to clean it (in case that may have been the problem) but that did not help. i also tried unplugging it and replugging it, but that didnt help either.
any suggestions?

did you try resetting the pump? I may be wrong but just unplugging it does not reset it.

After unplugging it plug back in and start from step 1 in the instructions to reset the memory. If that does not help send a service request to ecotechmarineservice@gmail.com.

i unplugged it and reset it (i think by holding both buttons then the gray then the black?)
none of that helped.

e-mail sent - i think it may be due to an issue with the wet side.

Entire unit (wet side / motor / controller) shipped via UPS this morning (cost $18 to ship).

Received everything back today. pretty excited to get it back up and running as my system is desperate for flow.

unfortunately, the problem was not fixed. the wet side and dry side dont even stick to each other through the glass anymore.

You may want to check the pin spacer. After any repair the unit is shipped back with the spacer in the shipping setting.

This was addressed via the e-mail system where all service issues are addressed. Your issue has been addressed.

it was not the pin spacer as i reset it to the proper setting.
In any event, i received your return shipping label and will send it back to you for a second review.
What was fixed on it when i sent it in the first time?

I received the pump back today - the problem is still the same and was not fixed.

what was done to correct the problem the past two times i sent it in?

even if i hold the wet side and dry side in place with my hands, they vibrate a lot and the prop only turns very slowly.

my tank is almost 3 weeks without the flow provided by this pump and my system is really suffering as a result.

Please tell me what can be done to resolve this ASAP. I suspect shipping everything to you a third time would not be worthwhile.
