Flashing Tilefish anybody kept one long term

Lasted about a year and a half. But, it never flashed that I was able to tell.

My LFS (a personal friend of mine) keeps these guys on his order sheet and can get them most anytime. I think he usually charges around 100-125 USD but I get them for around 70 USD (Surprisingly enough cheaper than my Bluedot Jaws). I have tried them once and had him for about a week when my heater malfunctioned and put my water temp well over 100 degrees F. During this and the days following I lost my Flasher Tile Bluedot Jaw Anthias colony my flame angel and the list goes on. Between fish and corals (mostly LPS SPS did fine) I took around a 1200 USD hit. Big picture not that bad since I have around 5-6 thousand invested in my 150. I would like to keep them again but I have several wrasses, tangs and other semi aggressive fish so I think long term I think that my tank mates would have stressed him to death even though he was out and eating first day! Next Plan is a 125g Tile, Dart, and Gobie tank! Good Luck!
