Flat worm ID help?

I was moving some live rock in my quarrantine tank (3 weeks since I received the shipment from an online supplier) and as I moved on, I noticed a worm looking creature stick out and suck back in. I haven't seen it come back out. Any clue what this could be? Scared me!!
