Flat worm?

Is it a flat worm? Harmful?
Should I keep it?

It does appear to be a flatworm, but not sure if good, bad or indifferent. People who know better than me may need a closer/more clear pic.

Definitely looks like one. Most flatworms are not desirable regardless if they are truely harmful or not. Based on shape it appears to be either planaria or maybe a Acoels or Amphiscolops. Hard to really get a good id in flatworms and I’m far from an expert

With my two brain cells I would say it looks like a planaria.

Since George says “People who know better than me...”, he must have less brain cells than I do. Hence just one brain cell!
