flat worm!

Sorry if this is in the wrong area but seamed to fit the lps forum.

I was looking through a magnifying glass at my torch and saw these flat same color worms. read up and found out that they can reach plague proportions how can I get rid of them?
should I do an Iodine dip, low alk??

thanks I will keep an eye on them and try the FWE.
