Flat Worms Taking Over My Tank!

Help! I have orange/rust colored flat worms (I think that is what they are?) that have invaded the tank. I haven't been able to get rid of them for 6 months now. I siphon them out and they come back with a vengeance. Not really causing too much trouble, however, they are covering the substrate, much of the lower sections of the live rock in the tank.

Any ideas on how to rid myself of these ugly creatures?

Only way to get rid of them is flatworm exit, repeat as directed
