flat worms?

I just picked up a 70gal. Saltwater tank that has been sitting for about 6 years. I tore everything down and cleaned it and the skimmer and pumps were covered in flat worms. Seing its been sitting dry for so long do I have to worry about them coming back?

how did you clean it ? I use bleach in fresh water and let it sit over night then drain, scrub out, refill with fresh h2o, let it sit 1 week and then drain and wash it out again letting it sit dry a few days is also a good idea.

I just scrub them in water I will bleach them just to be on the safe side. Thank you.
