flat worms?

when the numbers are low the easiest way to get rid of em is by using a ridged air line tubing and syphone them right off and out of the tank. once the numbers grow it can be troublesome. there are product that are considered reef safe but hobbiest have mixed reviews on how healthy it is to use for your system. in ant case you just noticed them so its likly the just hitchhicked in. syphone everyone you can see and sooner than later youll eliminate them. again u say u notice one on the mushroom so attack while numbers are low and ull be successful in irradicating them. always check new corals for them. u obviously got em from somewhere so start checking for them when you get your new corals.

It is IMO darn near impossible to "eliminate" flat worms. Their populations naturally rise and fall, you may not see them, but sure enough where there's one there's a hundred. Do as reefD says and siphon them out one by one with tubing, or suck'em up in a turkey baster. Then look for natural alternatives vs. chemical warfare, velvet nudis, peps, canary wrasse, six line wrasse, etc.
