flatworm on the bysal gland ?

Hi,

Just found out this morning that some of my clams have flatworm on its bysal gland.

Are they harmful?
I have read a lot of FW dip mention here. How long should I dip the clams in the FW?

Can I also use the FW Exit to treat the whole system?
It is a 100 gallon tank with quite a few clams in it.

I manually remove as many flatworm as I can by checking each clams bysal gland and tweezer to take them.

Any input to eradicate this ?

The flatworm must have hitchhike with some corals I recently purchased. In the past, I have never have this problem since it was a new tank and all.

Thanks all

Flatworms won't hurt the clam unless they cover the mantle and obscure light.

Thanks for the input
It's a relief to hear that

Anybody else have different experience with this?

I checked again closely yesterday and it seem the worm body are a bit reddish? I have not taken any pics yet since they are hidden in the gravel

Thanks
