Flatworm question

Are all flatworms bad? I thought I read some where that not all are problematic. I bought some new live rock from the local LFS, which I have never had a problem with pests but once the lights went out I start seeing these...

I really don't have any soft corals or lps but one rock did have several mushrooms on them.

Flatworms in and of themselves aren't bad. In my experience, I've only seen a lot of them when you have something decomposing in your tank. I also had some on my Euphyllia before, it was slowly dying, and the flatworms were eating the decaying matter...
