People have from time to time reported seeing a mandarin or a wrasse eat them, but that is extremely rare. I wouldn't buy one just to test the possibility.
There are many fish that have been reported to eat them, but none that will do it reliably. For every fish that has been a success for someone, I've seen the same species ignore flatworms in another tank.
