Flourish Excel in a reef tank.

like some of you have read in another post i am trying to establish a good amount of macro algae in my tank. Some had suggested i use flourish excel so i went and bought some. its day 3 and my xenia, mushrooms, and clove polyps look like their all withering away. my anemones are still doing fine and all other inverts look good too. my zoas, GSP, and candy cane are still doing fine.

Should i continue using this if its killing some of my coral?

My anemones are melting away now and strangely enough all the patches of bryopsis has turned white. I am done trying to use this product and feel like a fool for trying...

Damn that sucks man i use it in my FW planted tanks but not in my reef tank.
