Flow control for pumps (closed loop) - tester wanted!

We are going to release a new feature with firmware 6.11:

Depending on the measured flow (with our flow-sensor) and a set nominal flow ProfiLux controls a variable speed pump (with 1-10V-interface) in a way to keep the actual flow as constant as possible.

For this you need:
- ProfiLux 3
- Flow-Sensor
- variable speed pump with 1-10V-interface

Who has this equipment and wants us to help testing and optimizing the new flow control functions?

A tester gets the firmware 6.11 BETA and the matchning GHL Control Center 1.0.5.5 from me.

Just send me a PM.

Thank you for your assistance!

So the question is what pumps are 0-10v controllable? Abyzz are the ones that come to mind. But they are so outrageously expensive. Any other options out there? I have thought about this and had purchased a RLSS Speedwave, but the controller died got a replacement and that controller died also. So not being to impressed went to a Reeflo problem solved! But I really like the idea of a controllable pump.

Michael that would be awesome but Tunze does not make 0-10v controllable return pumps. Ya misread that part of the post. Its all good. I found some others but still way out of my ballpark for now.

That would be very cool! Thanks for the info. By chance do you know if GHL is going to release the Mitras lightbars for sale in the US?
