Flow direction on peninsula tank

Here's the problem. I am getting close to setting up my 300 gallon. It will be viewable on both sides and 1 end. The overflows are only on the opposing end.
I am planning on a Pan World 50Px-x for return and a Barracuda or Dart on the closed loop thru an OM. The OM will have 8 returns, and undecided on the Pan World.
I will more than likely be using Loc-Line for the closed loop. I am now baffled as to aiming so the gunk will get to the skimmer box. I don't want the crud to stagnate at the opposing end of the tank. I'm also debating running the sump return into a SCWD and splitting each outlet into 2. From that, having penductors at the ends for a total of 4. I do not want powerheads in the tank. I'm hoping this can be done with having all returns on the top of the tank.
I would appreciate any info from anyone that has done this, or know's a good way to set up. It is an 8' long tank.

on my 10ft" I have om4 way with dart in closed loop drilled through bottom of tank all pointing to left 2 6100 on far right wall Below overflows)pointing left and then a seq 3200 (from sump )on the left top going over the top of tank pointing right high on tank aimed at the overflow.
Basically the tank rolls from the bottom of tank left hits far left wall and then goes up wall get hit by the return water aimed across tank to go to overflow.

I have a 150 gallon tall tank thats 48x24x30 tall and the best way I provide flow in a tank that only has LR pilled up in the middle of the width is to spin the tanks water in a circle with 2 very powerful powerheads. I get good results with my SIEO m2600s and everything in my tank has flow. I also have the return lines aiding the water movment and a couple smaller powerheads on a wave maker that are aimed in random directions to stop the flow of the circle and to get the middle of the tank with some high flow.

I put the power heads facing parrallel to the long side of the tank on opposite corners. i dont know if your going to have a 30in width or hieght but definatly do it if you have a 30in width, it will be much easier but you are going to need alot of powerheads.

only downside is that I have big fat powerhead stuck to the short side of the tank that I look through .

I have been trying to think of different ways of doing this. The way I'm thinking would work best (and just my guess).....
Have all returns on the closed loop OM, aim down and towards the non return end of the tank. The sump returns at the top and aiming from the non return end to the return end. 2 at the far end, and 2 in the middle.
Does this sound like it would work?
