flow for a 55 gallon

I'm starting a mostly soft coral oriented 55 gallon tank, maybe a few LPS as well for now. I am just having trouble about the correct flow! I was thinking either 2 Koralia 750s, 1 Koralia 750 and 1 Koralia 1050, or 2 Koralia 1050s. What would be the best? Thanks everyone!
