Flow for a large tank

I'm in the planning stages of a 220 and don't know how much flow I should have. It's going to be a mixed reef but more sps than mixed. How much flow should I have? And what powerheads do you suggest? (not doing a closed loop)

Dimensions are 72x24x30

I was thinking:

2 Tunze 6101's

2 Seio M2600's

2 or 3 Mj 1200 with the upgrade kits

If needed a Tunze wavebox will also come later on

Vortecs?

I thought about those. After I get going and get some more money I will invest in a few. But do you think that what I suggested is enough to get me started?

2 Tunze 6101's ---- (I have 3 in my 90G and love them...Very pricey)

2 Seio M2600's --- (Dont like Seios at all, and 2600 are huge!!)

2 or 3 Mj 1200 with the upgrade kits (these are nice but can be loud... I use some to mix my water and on a 20L frag tank in the basement.. Good and cheap. Go with Maxijet 900's they are less that half the power than the 1200 and still produce good flow.

My $.02
