Flow for Clams

I won a clam tank last week at my club meeting and was wondering how much flow should I have going through it? I already have a Deresa and a Squamosa, but plan on getting a max or Crocea. I know what lighting i need. Just wondering on return pump size. I will have a sump and fuge with it. TIA

I would think that 4 times the tank size would be good,you can go with more just as long as the clams mantle isn't flapping around
