Yeah mine like med flow like stated above as long as they are not closing up they should be fine. In my 55g I have about 2,000g/hour of flow. I have a Seio 820, 3 maxijet 1200's, 1 going into a spray bar, and a powerseep 212, a fluval 404 and a Coralife super skimmer. My tank is SPS and zoas.

As much indirect flow as you can give them without them closing up. I have 2 tunze6000 in a 3' tank and they seem to love the high flow.

My zoos love medium to high flow. But, like stated before, if they are getting to much flow , mine will close up.
