flow for Z's and P's

I'm wondering what everyone uses for flow in there tanks I have 2 koralia 4s and 1 3 but some of my zoas don't seem to like that much flow so I'm thinking of trying a wave box to try to get more consistent flow all over so what does everyone else use

I have a 60g cube, 2x2x2 and use an MP10 with a Koralia Evo 3 until I get another MP10. I have it set on random and I could not believe the change in my zoa's once I got things running. They all seem to open more now than they ever did.
