i am going to be setting up at 30 gallon long, i will have mostly lps with soem zoos, i will hopfully have alot of acans and ricordias, so how much flow sohuld i have, alos any reccomended powerheads?

I have a mixed reef (no sps) 30g hex. Mag 12 on a CL and mag 7 return. I don't like PH's, so I'd recommend a CL system. The corals you mention don't need a ton of flow, so I'd suggest focusing more on keeping enough flow so no "dead" areas pop up around your rock.
