Flow in 4' 120 gallon

No such thing as too much flow with a controllable pump. Those two should be perfect for a 120

I'm sure the jeabos won't last a long time but when I got them from a friend for 50 bucks on can't complain. How ever long they last I'll be happy.

I have 2 mp40s on a 48x24x16, and I'm sad to say that I need more flow in this tank. I would skip the WP line and go with the RWs if you're going jebao, and you'll probably want 4 of them.

Sorry to hijack your thread but I am facing a similar question. I have 1 mp40 and I am considering adding a second. I have a similar size tank.

When you add the second mp40, do you add it on the opposite side? Both up high? One high, one low? My sump return provides my surface agitation.

I have been running my Jeabos for over two years with no issues. Great value.

I'm using two RW8's with the JB wave controller and it's plenty of flow for my 120 gallon. I would think how many you need would depend on your scaping and coral growth.
