Flow in my 180??

I have had a 180 and it's been set up for about two months now. I have a mp20, and three maxi-jet 1200 with the mod, is that too much flow? I had just one maxi-jet with the mod and mp20 in the tank and added the other two tonight and my fine sand bed is everywhere i'm thinking that is going to be to much flow for the fine sand. My tank is a sps dominated tank that i just moved into from a 75g. Any advice would be helpful. I feel like this shouldn't be too much flow since i see many people on here with tons of flow as well.

sorry its a mp40 and i do have reef grade sand. That gives me a about a 50x turnover. Is that normal for a new sand bed to get blown should i want till the sand bed gets settled in? I don't want to damage the sps corals?
