flow in refugium

well i decided to add flow after reading that it increases growth of macro and pods, well i added a RIO 600 and was wondering if it to much flow?

There was a great thread on this recently. I will see if I can find it but you may want to try searching as well. It made me put a powerhead in my fuge as well. Which keeps my macro tumbling and prevents detritus buildup. Within the thread was a great link to an article on flow and gas exchange. It was within the last week.
