Right now I have a korallia 7 angle up and the anemone under it.The anemone is moving in the wind so to speakso he is getting some flow.Should I angle my power head down some to give my anmone more flow?

NO! 
Aim you power head to where it is blowing over the anemone's tentacles. Don't blast the anemone's oral disc. Aim over it. Post a pic!

Either my camera grew legs or I lost it.He is getting someflow cause his tentacles are flowing.I was just wondering do he need more.

Anemones need good flow. Make sure it has a lot, but not too much. Look at my videos.. these were a long time ago so I've added more to the tank and some stuff has moved around. This is about the flow they should be getting, but as of now all my anemones are in front of the return pump and love to be blasted. So any flow more than this or the same is good. Then give it a tiny bit more flow and you'll be good to go!
