So my 360g is ordered and should be delivered in late July. I decided to go with 4 250w mh as the tank is only 24" deep. Sump/skimmer should be taken care of soon. So my next problem is display flow. I wont use the vortechs again, horrible experience there. I was thinking of a wavebox and really like having complete water movement but the drawback is that they are sort of an eyesore... I dont have much experience with tunze besides my osmolator but that has worked great. I guess the only other option I could think of would be some tunze powerheads on a driver? Oh and I am trying to avoid a closed loop as it wont be drilled for one and I always seem to get a tiny leak somwhere with my pvc. lol
History- Upgrading my Oceanic 180 mixed reef to a DSA 360(8 ft x 3 ft x 2 ft). Building my own stand here shortly and having a custom sump made. While it will be lightly stocked at first my octopus extreme 200 will be my skimmer but as my bioload increases so will the skimmer.
Cliffnotes version- Looking for experience on large tanks with waveboxes...
