Flow Question

Can you have too much flow in your tank, I'm currently using 2 tunze 6060 and about 600gph return in my 90, some corals I have seem to be straining, or stressing(lack of polyp extension) others my zoo's and star polyps seem fine.

It all depends on what your corals want. If you notice some of them not opening all the way, try either moving them to a lowerf low or redirecting your flow so it doesn't blow on them as much.

I am running this pump on my 70 gallon with 2 3/4" loc-line returns and a SCWD. It makes my leahters sway really nicely but they still have great PE.

Most of my leathers like a modertate to heavy flow to help them shed their slime coat and get stuff from building up on them.

If your flow is random and pretty dispersed then it should be ok.
